All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.
We currently ship within the United States. If you would like international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Shipment Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes, including your own address with USPS:

6. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address entry.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Alluring Tranquility is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

We will assist with a replacement or claim when applicable.
If your package is marked “delivered” but is missing, please first check with:

We can help file a USPS claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement from the carrier.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products containing oils, liquids, or certain ingredients may be restricted in some regions.
We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped due to a regulatory issue.
9. Local Pickup (Optional—Delete if Not Applicable)
If you offer local pickup, keep this section; if not, I can remove it.
Local pickup is available by appointment only in Mapleton, MN.
You will receive an email or text when your order is ready.
10. International Shipping (Optional)
